These terms describe use of cleaningbycassi.com and its quote request form. Arrangements for cleaning services are agreed directly with Cassi.
Website information and quote requests
The website describes cleaning services and provides a way to request a personalized quote. Submitting the form does not book a cleaning, reserve a date or commit you to purchase services. Your preferred date and time are requests; Cassi will confirm availability and arrangements directly.
Published prices are starting points, as explained on thePricing page. Your final quote depends on your home's size, condition, rooms and requested services. First-time cleanings and add-ons are quoted separately. Confirm the scope, price, schedule, payment and any cancellation arrangements with Cassi before service.
A form confirmation acknowledges your quote request; it is not a booking confirmation. If you need to follow up, contact Cassi using the email address below.
Using the website responsibly
Provide accurate contact and property information, and share only information you are entitled to provide. Do not submit spam, impersonate someone else, send malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or bypass the site's security controls. Access may be limited to protect the website from abuse.
Do not include passwords, alarm or door codes, payment details or other sensitive information in the quote form. Arrange any necessary property access directly with Cassi.
Your information and submissions
Your submitted details are used to prepare your quote and contact you about cleaning. You retain your rights in material you submit; a quote request does not transfer ownership of that material. The Privacy Policy explains how the form uses information and how to request a correction or deletion.

Website content, branding and third-party material remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses. Separately licensed code and assets remain governed by their respective licenses.
